The most difficult of the final 12 discussion areas for me as a manager to discuss in an organization with my colleagues in relation to the Ethics of Workplace Diversity would be, could you disclose without a qualm your decision or action to your boss, your CEO, the board of directors, your family, or society as a whole? The reason I find this discussion area question most difficult for me to discuss with my colleagues is because this question may expose and uncover “hidden” conscience, loyalties, as well as motives a colleague may have had in their decision-making or actions concerning doing well or good towards the workplace diversity.
